To Link a New Ticket
- When you are viewing a ticket, click the "Add ChildTicket" button on the left sidebar. A text field will appear, along with a save and cancel button.
- Enter the Tracking ID of the child-ticket to - be ticketlinked, and click save. The child ticket will be addedlinked.
