If preferred, these quick help panels can be hidden, starting in Mods for HESK v2.4.0.

To hide a "Quick Help" section

  1. On the Settings page, go to the "Help Desk" tab, and scroll down to "Features"
  2. There will be a checkbox for each page where a quick help section is present. Uncheck the box to hide the quick help box, or check it to show the quick help section.
  3. Save your changes.
