Mods for HESK now has a "Message Log" page, accessible via the Tools menu.  Any SQL errors that occur when executing an AJAX call (such as managing calendar events, changing ticket due dates, uploading files, etc) will be logged at the message log.  This page is extremely useful when requesting application support.

JavaScript Errors Not Logged

Due to the client-side nature of JavaScript, any errors that occur client-side cannot be logged to the message log. If there are any errors, and you do not see anything in the logs, check your web browser's developer console to see if there are any errors displayed.
