Ticket Table Auto-Refresh

This feature allows a user to have the ticket table on the admin homepage to automatically refresh after a certain amount of time.

To Set This Value

When modifying another user: Go to Users --> Edit (on the user's profile) --> Preferences
When editing your profile: Go to Profile --> Preferences

NOTE: Refresh value is in milliseconds, and must be greater than 1000.
