This has been removed starting in Mods for HESK 3.0.0. This article will be removed when Mods for HESK 3.1.0 is released.


This feature allows a user to have the ticket table on the admin homepage to automatically refresh after a certain amount of time.

To Set This Value

When modifying another user: Go to Users --> Edit (on the user's profile) --> Preferences
When editing your profile: Go to Profile --> Preferences

NOTE: Refresh value is in milliseconds, and must be greater than 1000.
